The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software solutions
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Assisting in Firm-wide IT projects including areas such as installing and configuring hardware and software
- Providing general help-desk and desktop support

The ideal candidate:
- B.S in computer science or relevant field is a plus
- Possesses a great attitude and passion to develop as an IT professional, a must
- Excellent “deskside” IT support skills
- Experience providing IT support in a professional setting
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
- Real estate background a plus
