BASIC FUNCTION OF THE GENERAL LABORER.
The basic function of a General Laborer is to help in the completion of construction projects by doing assorted job-site duties to satisfy our customer base as required.
Salary: $20.00 Per Hour
Location: Powder Springs, GA / Hiram, GA
Shift time: 8:00am- 4:00pm Monday-Friday (Orientation on Thursdays)
EXPERIENCE Required:
1-2 years performing in a General Laborer’s role of a construction operation.
Preferred: 2 or more years in the construction industry as a laborer rother construction trade role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties of the General Laborer include the following:
Conduct the trade related construction duties assigned per established procedures.
These duties include but are not inclusive:
Traffic Control, remove grade stakes, broom and shovel work, cleanup worksites, move materials/supplies on job sites, etc. The incumbent is expected to meet quality standards by adherence to the established procedures and accepts these responsibilities assigned. Develop a satisfactory level of proficiency and productivity in the performance of his/her duties. This means being active (participatory) in a project, not passive.
