The HR Administrative assistant would be responsible for supporting the Director of Human Resources through data entry, recruiting, office orginization, compliance reporting and interdepartment communications.
Daily Tasks
*Set up interviews with potential candidates
*Send out interdepartmental emails requesting documentation or updating on certain statuses.
*Employee onboarding paperwork and orientation.
*DOT compliance reporting , Random Drug Screen coordination
*Filing all documents in employee files
Requirements
The perfect candidate would be someone who is detail oriented with the ability to self manage and prioritize tasks. The candidate should understand confidentiality and basic labor laws .
Approachability is a must for this position. We work with a diverse population and hold kindness and professionalism to the highest regard.
This position would be excellent for someone just starting out in the HR field, who has aspirations of growth within the industry. There is room to grow in this department.
