For this position, we are seeking a Product/Business Analyst for our Company’s Clinical ecosystem to partner with the Research & Development organization and other key stakeholders to uncover and communicate user needs and assist in product discovery activities.

Responsibilities:

The Product / Business Analyst provides close support to the Product Manager so that what gets built is both valuable and viable.- The Product/Business Analyst is instrumental in planning, designing, and conducting testing activities, and compiling critical content for testing, training, and communication to users.

The Product/Business Analyst works with the Product Manager to help define the overall product vision and strategy, with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience.- Helps ensure product decisions align with product strategy.- Develops and regularly calibrates metrics for the product.- Helps maintain, manage, and prioritize the product’s backlog to maximize value delivery and its long-term sustainability (including stability, compliance, and other aspects appropriately). Ensures that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage the business process, user, and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.
• Gathers insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, and pain points. Exposes unarticulated problems and unmet needs.
• Experience writing User Stories and User Requirements.- Facilitates the “what and the why” with the Engineering team.
• Leverages business and user insights to help inform solutions ideas and prioritization decisions to deliver valuable products
• Manages the System Development Life Cycle needs and requirements
• Drives scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives.
• Works closely with Product Line Lead(s), Product Manager(s), User(s), Technical Lead(s), Solution Architect(s) and other Product/Business Analyst(s) in creating, prioritizing and executing against product backlog and for ensuring that quality solutions are designed and delivered to realize business value

Prerequisites:

• 6+ years in Information Technology
• 3+ years in Clinical Trial software experience
• Knowledge and experience with Scrum and Agile/Traditional Software Development Methodology
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead across multiple geographically distributed squads
• Expertise with JIRA & Confluence

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
• Great organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to work in matrixed environments with competing priorities
• Experience working with SaaS vendors
• Expertise with Cloud services like AWS & Azure
• Experience with UX design and research

Minimum Education :

• B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected salary range:
$107,600.00 – $169,400.00
