Description:
The role will assist Product Managers in executing strategy for the Research Infrastructure Product Line within Research and Development Sciences (RaDS) IT. The role offers the chance to work in a Product team supporting and innovating the lab-based infrastructure that life saving research is conducted on. You will be comfortable c ollaborating with all levels of scientific and RaDS IT staff to help understand problems within the Laboratory IT Operations area and come up with innovative IT solutions that can benefit your fellow IT colleagues and scientists across our Company’s Research Laboratories.
You must be able to be comfortable speaking with scientists and be empathetic to any IT issues raised to you and practice good customer service at all times.
The position will be based in North America, travel to other sites will be required at times (estimated no more than 20% of the time).

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$107,600.00 – $169,400.00
