ITSR does this by delivering on six core capabilities: IT Strategy, IT Value Management, IT Product Management, Talent Enablement, IT Communications & Change Management, and IT Continuous Improvement.

As the IT Product Management and Operating Model Lead you will manage the IT Product and Services portfolio as well as facilitate the development and adoption of new ways of working for IT. The objective of this role is to harmonize our ways of working to embody product-centric ways of working to better serve our customers and meet their needs. This strategic and high impact role is key to managing the portfolio of products and services, providing direction and leadership to deliver growth, innovation, and integration across the IT. This role is vital in aligning stakeholder and customer needs to the right solution and incorporating market leading trends to support those needs. Along with expertise in IT, this role will require a high level of responsibility, autonomy, leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills to drive and track modern ways of working in IT.

Product and Service Portfolio Management

• Develop and maintain the IT Product and Service Portfolio to enable stakeholder visibility into overall priorities and capabilities of IT
• Ultimate accountability for the Product and Service Catalog for IT
• Collect and aggregate data on products, platforms, and services to provide visibility into aggregated performance data, and OKRs
• Partner with Value Team Leads and Product Line Leads to help products, services and platforms be fit-for-purpose in the changing landscape of customer needs
• Based on understanding of market trends and emerging capabilities, identify potential gaps in our Company’s enterprise capability model, IT product and service portfolio and partner with the IT Leadership Team to determine how to address gaps through new and/or enhanced capabilities, products, services, and platforms
• Promote and track alignment between the company strategy and the capabilities, products, services, and platforms offered by IT
• Team with other IT leaders to actively manage and maintain the portfolio of products, services and platforms provided by IT
• Lead the provision of advisory services to teams launching new products and services or to teams wishing to improve their product or service offerings

Methods and Standards for Ways of Working

• Analyze input from internal stakeholders, customers, and the broader market and communities to identify opportunities to continually improve ways of working for IT
• Based on understanding of market trends and emerging capabilities (e.g., evolution of Agile, DevSecOps, IT Service Management), identify potential opportunities to enhance IT’s ways of working; partner with the IT Leadership Team to determine how to evolve the organization’s ways of working through new and/or enhanced capabilities
• Promote accelerated product model adoption by assisting in the development of methods, tools and techniques based on the business need and available resources
• Measure adoption, realization and benefits of our modern ways of working

Leadership & Partnership

• Facilitate customer and technical team communication to increase alignment and transparency
• Facilitate and develop relationships to influence stakeholders and customers using data and market evidence to ensure buy-in
• Ensure participants are engaged and trained through the change and fully prepared to learn the new operational business environment

Required Skills:

• 15+ years in business strategy, operating model design, product management, agile coaching, or similar field
• Flex and maintain agility to drive product-centric solutions
• Investigate, define and resolve complex issues
• Drive decision making through data and analytics
• Understand emerging leadership and ways of working trends in the marketplace and relevant communities
• Understand the voice of the customer and generate plans that account for their needs
• Bring a unique perspective that reimagines current ways of working
• Plan, lead and implement successful large-scale transformations in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and levels of leadership involved
• Provide detailed understanding of technology and modern ways of working for technology teams
• Bring an understanding of the financial elements of technology projects, including budgeting, cost optimization, cost driver analysis, and supporting business cases

Preferred Skills:

• Communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrate strong communicating and influencing abilities to ensure buy-in from leadership and the business
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams
• Manage data and produce insights from large datasets

Education Requirements:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, information technology, management information systems or related discipline

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$213,280.00 – $335,700.00
