Our Company’s Corporate Audit and Assurance Services’ primary purpose is to provide value-added independent and risk based audit and assurance services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists the Vice President on designing and implementing the annual IT risk-based audit plan, preparing audit committee reports, leading internal training, recruiting of talented specialists, and other administrative items to support the group.
• Leads the execution of multiple, high risk, and complex IT audits and independently communicates the findings and champions the relationship with business leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Monitors, evaluates, and provides guidance on application of body of knowledge across complex scenarios following a risk-based approach, including reporting of non-conformances.
• Provides guidance to staff members during the execution of the audits, and oversees execution of procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues.
• Leader that inspires staff, coaches and develops them and deploys talent throughout the organization.
• Demonstrates deep technical understanding of complex information systems with a focus on SAP, cloud environments, process automation, and utilizes knowledge of emerging technology to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the business.
• Demonstrates to the organization that attraction, selection and retention of top, diverse talent is critical to long-term business success.
• Demonstrates the ability to design project management structures, lead cross functionally, and influence change for optimal performance.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business, accounting, finance or related discipline

Required Experience and Skills:

• Broad risk management, IT, audit and/or finance experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal skills and the maturity to interact with top levels of management at local, divisional, and corporate sites.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, high ethical standards at all times when representing the Company and department to both internal clients and external organizations.
• Leads teams to results and demonstrates dedication and initiative.
• Focuses on the critical metrics that drive organizational performance.
• Demonstrates the ability to constantly capitalize on new ways of doing business.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions/entities both domestically and internationally to complete testing; estimated travel up to 15% of the time.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience in leading teams, developing and coaching staff.
• A professional audit and/or control certification such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CMA, CFE.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and Business compliance.
• Big 4 Audit experience.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$213,280.00 – $335,700.00
