We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, US Oncology Lung Cancer HCP Marketing . This position will be responsible for leading key elements of Health Care Provider (HCP) marketing and w ill help developing and executing the launch plans for lung cancer opportunities. This position will require outstanding leadership in many different areas including HCP go-to-market launch planning, partnering with customer-facing teams, omni-channel promotion strategies, launch execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will report to the Director, Early-Stage Lung Cancer – US Oncology .
The position location will be in Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid work model is combination of in-office and work from home).
As marketing roles across the US Oncology organization are evolving and broadening, this position is designed to be a flexible marketing role that may focus on any aspect of marketing over time based on business needs and/or the capabilities and development needs of the team.-The initial focus of the role is outlined below, but the role could include or shift to other aspects of marketing in the future such as HCP strategy, agile digital promotions, performance-reporting & data analytics, etc.
