The function on Global Marketing Associated Director, Dairy Solutions is part of the Global Ruminant Marketing Unit and reports to the Global Marketing Director, Dairy Solutions.

This unit sets the strategic direction for the Dairy Solutions Biopharmaceutical Business Worldwide and must also ensure alignment with this strategy with all functions within the organization.

This position, Global Marketing Associated Director, Dairy Solutions will be based preferably in Rahway, New Jersey, USA.

The Global Marketing Associated Director is empowered to:

• Manage the biopharmaceutical franchises in the Dairy Solutions portfolio at our company’s Animal Health. Including identifying synergies with Technology Solutions, life cycle management, new product launches, diversification, and business development opportunities.
• Understand, anticipate, and explore market trends, expressed and unexpressed customers’ unmet needs and take full advantage of them for the ruminant reproductive and parasite control markets.
• Develop and deploy plans specifically for the Dairy Solutions portfolio for ruminants.
• Create mid to long-term business strategy across the Dairy Solutions business and be responsible for maximizing the current portfolio, mainly through solution and services bridging the future needs and today’s revenues generation.
• Create, develop, and deploy international promotional and marketing campaigns and materials for the Dairy Solutions portfolio.
• Communicate the strategies appropriately and efficiently with the Regions and Commercial operations stakeholders. Communicate the strategies appropriately and efficiently to all other internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Global Technical Directors the necessary Market Support Studies to generate and transfer scientific information into marketing communication assets to drive the strategy for the Dairy Solutions portfolio.
• Identify marketing training needs and developing programs to address gaps in local markets.
• Support the digital transformation of our go-to-market models (omnichannel marketing, lead generation, hybrid model…)
• Be familiar with technology available on cattle and sheep farms, with a specific focus on electronic identification, monitoring and automatic insights made available for animal health and animal management

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a degree in Business, Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in animal health industry.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$135,500.00 – $213,400.00
