Primary Responsibility:

The Manager, IT Support – Americas is responsible for leading the support team and ensuring excellent service to the user community. Using proactive methods and working with other teams internally and externally, the Manager, IT Support must ensure all systems are available at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Capable of documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure a timely resolution.
• Customer service skills are essential. Phone support and on-site customer support; day to day support, troubleshoot, and repair of network systems hardware and software.
• Must be proactive and possess ability to offer solutions to the customer.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues utilizing Cisco Meraki SD-WAN.
• Enforce hardware/software policies.
• Application packaging and distribution.
• Provide front end support for users, printers, and miscellaneous devices
• Solid understanding of General Network Troubleshooting Logic, Knowledge of TCP/IP, and DNS familiarity.
• Significant experience with hardware: Network Cabling, PC’s and servers, troubleshooting business network installation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft networks, servers, and software to include installation and support.
• Support customer services include email, hosting, internet access and networking.
• Ensures employees and processes operate in an environmentally responsible manner
• Promotes waste minimization, energy conservation, and other efforts to meet environmental objectives
• Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated experience with Network Concepts: Switching, Routing, TCP/IP, DNS.
• Minimum 5 years of IT technical support which can include deskside/technical support experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Management experience

• Self-motivation to accomplish assigned objectives and pursue options that will benefit the company.
• Numerical / analytical abilities.
• Capability to grasp “big picture” down to minute details of systems/software.

Physical Requirements:

• Position located in Eureka, MO
• Opportunity for hybrid office / work from home
• Able to wear personal protective equipment (if entering designated manufacturing areas) – safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
• Sit/stand/walk 8-10 hours a day
• Must be able to travel – Approximately 15%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
