The Business of IT drives integrated capabilities that enable IT to optimize the way we deliver business value. As our IT organization focuses on transforming, we need to ensure our business processes are aligned to and support these goals. There are many capabilities required to run IT which must be better defined, aligned, and enabled with supporting technology, such as investment and portfolio management, finance, resource planning and IT master data management.
The Associate Director of BIT Program Enablement plays a critical role in supporting the Business of IT program at our company. This position reports to the Business of IT Director and is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the program. The Associate Director serves as a Release Train Engineer and Program Manager, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with IT Strategy Realization goals. Approximately 10% travel is required for this role.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. -This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely.
