Medspa Hiring for Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist for a Medspa Job at Providence, RI Full Time

We are a well established medspa with two locations in North Providence and East Side of Providence. We offer a multitude of services including Botox, Fillers, Coolsculpting, various lasers and skincare services.

We are looking for a dynamic customer-centric individual to manage our front office. You will work closely with the manager to provide exceptional customer service and help grow business.

1. Enthusiastically greeting all guests.
2. Answering & appropriately managing incoming calls, SMSs & emails. This includes documenting all interactions in our CRM. You wlll be expected to make follow up calls on customers who contact us for various services.
3. Checking clients in for services & cashing clients out.
4. Assisting guest with questions regarding services and products.
5. Manage Social Media
6. Assist with day to day office needs including but not limited to: organizing, filing, mailing, etc

7. Assist in all areas of office operation as requested by management.

Prefer those with Spa/Medspa/Hospitality Industry experience!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
