McVay heating, cooling and plumbing is expanding! We are hiring a customer service representative. The ideal customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering customer questions and booking appointments. Customer service representatives are the front line of support for our customers and ensure that customers’ needs are met. Please apply if you have prior call center experience and are able to prioritize customer requests.

Additional duties include:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.
