Maven Properties NW is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to self perform unit renovations as well as maintenance tasks in a wide range of work. Tasks will include full unit renovations, replacing light fixtures, garbage disposals, sink faucets, setting cabinets and vanities, installing doors, moulding/trim etc. An excellent maintenance technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders on multifamily buildings with five-star customer service
• Utilizing our app, track time and receipts
• Professional communication to customers and tenants

Skills

• Proven experience as maintenance technician or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
• An eye for detail
• Computer savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Safe and reliable vehicle for commuting between properties
• Your own general tools for regular maintenance tasks
• Smart phone to utilize our app

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
