What you’ll do?

• providing administrative support to executive management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements
• Performing clerical tasks such as preparing mailings, filing documents, ordering supplies, and answering phones
• Compiling data from documents such as accounting ledgers, company reports, or legal briefs
• Coordinating meetings by arranging event details such as catering services, room setup, and speaker arrangements
• Processing applications for loans, insurance claims, and other forms of financial support
• Managing office operations such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory
• Providing clerical support such as typing documents or processing mail, faxes, or phone calls
• Organizing files and preparing reports for managers regarding department activities or procedures
