Calling All Recreational Budtenders!

Maine Only Hollis: We looking for a Budtender well versed in the recreational cannabis industry for our Hollis Rec Store. IIC required (Individual Identification Card, through OCP, State and Federal government). Maine Adult Use retail experience required. More experience more pay (Metrc). General Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist customers in choosing the best product for their needs/wants.
• Educate customers about our products.
• Promote store initiatives and promotional sales.
• Check customers’ identification to verify that they are of legal age (21).
• Work within state regulations and guidelines.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
• Ensure that the dispensary is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and image of the brand.
• Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Have fun, enjoy the people and the job.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

• 21 years of age or older.
• Highschool Diploma required.
• Cannabis Industry experience preferred.
• Metrc experience is preferred but not required.
• Adult Use Individual Identification Card
• Working knowledge of Maine cannabis laws and regulations preferred.
• Passion and knowledge of cannabis.
• Experience in a retail/customer service environment is preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to assist in keeping the store clean and organized.
• Must be able to move up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
