Responsibilities & Duties:
· Understand our products, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors.
· Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
· Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
· Quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales contracts for customer orders
· Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules.
· Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits.
· Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers.
· Ability to resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction promptly.
· Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
· Stay up to date with product features and continue to place bidding to the construction field in a professional manner.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Ability to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company’s sales goals.
· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Qualifications:
· Must be results-driven oriented.
· Willingness to learn, highly motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused, excellent communication, ability to create and deliver presentations that tailor to customers’ needs
· Preferred qualifications – Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Countertops industry experience a plus, but not required.
· BS/BA a plus, but not required.
Benefits & Perks:
· $75k – $100k/ commission based for the first year.
