What You Will Do:
The Consumer Data Activation Lead is a key member of the organization that is responsible for developing consumer-centric activation strategies powered by data that create consumer connections, drive profitable revenue as well as consumer lifetime value for their brand and ultimately for the LUXE division. This role is responsible for supporting the development of their brand owned data (1-P data) with both a CRM approach as well as a strategic, multi-channel activation lens including, but not limited to paid and owned media, social etc. Through consumer insights, data, thoughtful collaboration, and share-out of consumer behavior tracking and measurement, this role will be responsible for acquiring, retaining and loyalizing our consumers across all touchpoints of their lifecycle.
This individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to executive management, various media teams, external vendors, and retailers & marketers to deliver data-driven activations that support key brand initiatives and priorities with a strong emphasis on the direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel. They will work to support strategic brand objectives, launches, and activities; responsible for building and maintaining a healthy database by developing a holistic approach around the growth/churn/loyalization of the consumer lifecycle through segmentation and personalization. This role will also play a key part with their brand to action annual plans that drive business results. They will maximize all opportunities to cross-reference and merge learnings from multiple data sources, (i.e., CRM database and Social/Influencer databases) to create full-funnel, relevant marketing strategies with our 1P data.
This role drives collaboration and influences multiple levels of leadership to execute on the following key deliverables.

This role will require a balance of analytical thinking, communication skills and data management skills as it will require a demonstrated ability to develop consumer knowledge and insight and to act on the data in collaboration with internal brand & external account partners. It requires constant interaction within a matrixed business structure (Marketing, Ecommerce, GM, CMO) to coordinate work and deliver objectives. Actively builds networks and becomes in-house expert on the account database to influence, convince, and introduce new ways of executing CRM. This position will require moderate supervision to maintain a proper corporate direction.
