Assist with the issuance of domestic and international tickets.
Reserve car and hotel accommodations and pre-pay when required.
Reserve Amtrak train travel.
Ensure proper cost center, service order and WBS account numbers.
Assist with reconciliation of the Company monthly AMEX credit card statement by the 10th of each month and code all charges.
Perform general administrative functions for General Services & Facilities: assist with luncheons and set up for meetings and back-up for mail clerk duties as well as any other duties required on an as-needed basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
