We are now seeking an HR Manager to join our team at Leisure Care’s Home Office in Seattle, WA!
The HR Manager provides leadership on all aspects of company’s Human Resources practices and processes; supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company culture, strategy, and objectives.
What you’ll do:
* Partner with Operations and General Managers to help manage and resolve employee relations issues. Assist with guiding and conducting necessary investigations on employee relations issues and advise on appropriate resolution.
* Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.
* Provide guidance on performance management.
* Leadership and management of the HR team including resource management, hiring, mentorship and performance management.
* Oversight of TAM (Third party Leave Administrator), including process improvement and training.
* Assist in training on human resources systems, regulations, policies, and best practices.
* Maintain responsibility for company compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to personnel and employment matters including but not limited to Employee Handbooks and OSHA compliance.
* Assist in the development and execution recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, incentive plans, and benefit strategies.
* Maintain oversight of Worker’s Compensation claims review.
* Stay current with workplace and legislation trends and best practices in Human Resources. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you’ll bring:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ Human Resources Generalist experience.
* 1-3 years supervisory experience
* PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
* Senior Housing or Hospitality experience a huge plus!

Salary: $90,000.00 – $105,000.00 annually
