Launchpad Home Group Looking for Payroll Coordinator at Austin, TX  Full Time

• Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholdings, address changes and other information
• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions
• Manage benefit deduction and 401(k)administration in payroll administration
• Manages the electronic onboarding process
• Reconciles benefits billing
• Manages leaves of absences
• Accurate processing of bi-weekly payrolls, including but not limited to proper identification of payroll hours and deductions
• Ensure proper documentation is received and accuracy of completed forms
• Process other financial compensation or deductions (e.g. severance or bonuses)
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve payroll or HR related questions or issues
• Interact with financial, internal auditors to provide necessary payroll information
• Management of 401(k) information to plan administrator
• Preparation of month end payroll reports, including but not limited to payroll and overtime variance

reports

• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested
• Maintain payroll system accumulators used for easy identification of cumulative income and deductions
• Tracks employee certifications
• Manage master data
• Update compensation structure
• Uphold and promote the company’s Code of Conduct
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in payroll processing
• Previous experience with ADP, Kronos or other ERP payroll systems

• BA/BS degree
• APA certificate or membership
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
