About This Role:
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of AdmissionsOperations provides leadership and supervision to planning, development, coordinationand implementation of the admissions services of Lamar University. Primary functionsinclude efficiently implementing the undergraduate and graduate admissions policies ofthe university. The associate director assists with implementation of all policies andprocedures pertaining to the university’s admission services for all undergraduate aswell as graduate students, including those entering through Lamar University OnlinePlatform (Academic Parnerships). The associate director provides leadership andoversight to personnel and day-to-day operations in admissions, including print andelectronic communications, report preparation, hiring and training of staff, and budgetmanagement.
