About This Role:
The Assistant Director, Welcome Center is responsible for providing leadership and daily supervision of the daily campus visit program as well as on-campus admission events. Collaborate with staff for implementation and execution of large group, small, targeted visits, and daily and individual visits. Provide leadership for the Tour Guide program (LU Crew), as well as all admission events. Represents the face and spirit of the university by ensuring excellent customer service and quality follow-up and reporting for all perspective Cardinals visitors to the Beaumont Campus. When necessary, assists applicants, students, parent, and members of the public with the admissions process and provide accurate recruitment information. This position reports directly to the Director of Welcome Center.
