Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the recruiting, onboarding, and exiting of employees; facilitating employee benefits enrollment; and assisting in the investigation of employee complaints. This individual is also responsible for assisting in the planning and administration of training, including but not limited to compliance, policy and procedure, and employee training. LSCPA’s HR Manager contributes to the mission and development of employees as a model for professional competency and efficiency and constantly works to improve processes and procedures to further enhance the employee experience. Other duties as assigned. This is an exempt position. Minimal travel is required.

Manage LSCPA’s applicant tracking system by screening applicants, and dispositioning accordingly; also perform site administrator duties such as organizational and template maintenance.
