GENERAL SUMMARY
The Director of Community and Corporate Partnerships is a strategic and mission-centric role for
Laboure College of Healthcare. This position is responsible for identifying, prospecting, outreach, assessment, negotiating, and formalizing
local, state, and national healthcare, corporate, military, and community partners and creating educational pathway opportunities for their
constituents at the institution. Working with healthcare-related entities and community and workforce development associations, the
incumbent is the primary contact for understanding the Partner’s needs and creating, along with faculty, pathways for their constituents. In
this role, the director will develop the partnership memorandum of understanding or agreement and is responsible for overseeing the process
from start to onboarding and managing the ongoing relationship between the College and the Partner.
This position works closely
with all College departments, divisions, and academic programs to address partnership enrollment and student service needs. They must assist
in creating an atmosphere of exceptional quality of service for all students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
The position
requires flexibility in hours, including some nights and weekends.
The incumbent must possess a strategic and curious mind with
an ability to communicate and create interest in the College with partners and students. This professional must be enthusiastic,
people-oriented, and enjoy working with the healthcare industry and college students. The incumbent should live by details, have exceptional
organizational skills, and have a positive attitude.
