Position: Cannabis Production Pay: $16-$16.50/HR Depending on shift

Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA Hours: Full-Time (Shifts Listed Below)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Live Scan (background screen) required.
• Minimum 21 years of age to apply.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• Swing Shift (2ND) – 2:30pm – Start Time ($16.00 / Hour)
• Graveyard Shift (3RD) –11:00pm – Start Time ($16.50 / Hour)

JOB OVERVIEW: You will be directly involved in manufacturing of cannabis products from the very beginning to a final sale ready unit that will directly affect the customer experience with our branded products.

• Must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
• Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
• Pre-Roll & Packaging staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.
• Time management; employees must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.
• Must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
• Must show up on time for work every day ready to work.
• Must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing marijuana.
