Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and in coordination with the Regional HR Director, facilitates the development of strategies which align human capital with the organization’s short and long term objectives. Ensures achievement of strategies/objectives by providing HR leadership that delivers innovative, value-added counsel and services that facilitate the attraction, retention and development of team members. Supports and promotes the mission, vision and purpose and ambition of the organization through the alignment of the Human Resources department goals with the organization-wide goals and objectives. Makes appropriate operational business decisions and continuously improves HR services. Responsible for compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Human Resources as well as budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the department.
