Komatsu Hiring for Senior Recruiter – US Distribution and Service – West at Herriman, UT  Full Time

We are recruiting a driven, creative, and passionate Senior Recruiter to partner closely with Regional HR Managers and hiring managers to source and recruit for key roles across the United States.

Salt Lake City, UT

• Responsible for all recruitment activities including, sourcing, screening, and managing candidate and manager relationships, with the goal of hiring top level talent into the organization
• Review and evaluate current processes and make process improvement recommendation in accordance to best practices
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy based on organization and hiring manager’s needs
• Conducts full cycle recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt salaried positions, students and temporary employees; monitors career-pathing program and writes and places advertisements
• Identify, develop and maintain sourcing networks including LinkedIn, and other social media, professional organizations
• Build relationships and partner with colleges/universities, tech schools and other local organizations
• Lead and manage recruiting career fairs and represent Komatsu to attract best candidates
• Create strategies to enhance candidate pipeline, especially for trade positions
• Maintain organized applicant tracking records via Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Enforces recruiting policies when necessary.
• Attends conferences, seminars and roundtables to stay current on recruiting trends and topics, including legal updates.
• Leverage data to define success metrics, measure productivity, communicate to internal customers and inform strategic decision making
• Review and evaluate current recruiting and hiring process and recommend changes to streamline and enhance.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Recruitment designation considered an asset; Combination of experience and education will be considered
• 5-7 years of recruiting experience; preferably a combination of agency and corporate
• Experiences working within an ATS system, Success Factors preferred
• Prior Experience with Military Recruiting Programs and Technical trades strongly preferred
• Management experience; either people management or through projects
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
• Strong Stakeholder management and executive presence with the ability to partner and develop relationships with senior level leadership.
