About Us:
Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit, Member-owned, and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. We have 24 locations throughout East Tennessee and we serve more than 259,000 Members. The Credit Union helps Members grow financially by offering a variety of accounts including: checking, savings and investments. Also offered are competitive loan rates on new and used autos and recreational vehicles, mortgages, personal loans and credit cards.
Benefits:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in scheduling and/or arranging trainings for the Learning and Development team.
Manage and maintain the calendar for the Learning and Development training class.
Order and organize meals and refreshments for the Learning and Development training classes, as well as Management Meetings and other meetings, as assigned.
Greet new employees on their first and second day of employment.
Schedule hotel rooms for new and current employees for training classes, as needed.
Maintain clothing inventory for new hires and Saturday shirt inventory for new and existing employees.
Maintain the Land’s End Voucher Program.
Balance the Wardrobe Allowance General Ledger on a monthly basis.
Assist with Simply Smart Foundation events, as requested by the Learning and Development Specialist.
Complete help desk requests for scheduling trainings.
Prepare, print and distribute training materials for the Learning and Development team.
Prepare training rooms as request for trainings and/or meetings.
Facilitate assigned learning programs by presenting programs.
Represent the Credit Union by attending job/career fairs, as needed.
Assist other members of the Learning and Development Team and CPO with special projects, as requested.
Participate and/or assist with the coordination of Credit Union Events.
Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.
Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work cooperatively with others.
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience – High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous Training or administrative experience required.
Certificates and Licenses – Valid driver’s license required.
