We are a growing home-care/home-health company with a strong cloud-driven operating framework. We are looking for a full-time team member who will provide support for our Human Resources and Operations functions. This position will report to the Office Lead for our Massachusetts office as well as the Human Resources Manager in our head office in Pennsylvania.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review new applications submitted via recruitment portals, website, email, or from telephone inquiries, and conduct screening calls
• Assist with human resource processes, work eligibility, and compliance follow-ups
• Conduct benefits review and administration processes (health insurance, paid leave, unemployment compensation, etc.)
• Assist with operations-related tasks including billing and payroll support as required.
• Answer questions, transfer calls and take messages as appropriate
• Perform data entry relating to staff profiles and availability for new hires within the operating software system.
• Act as a key point of coordination between Wellesley, MA office and support services from central office in Philadelphia, PA.
• Other tasks as required by management

Education and Experience:

High School completion, College Degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
