Immediate opening for a Front Desk and Social Media Content Creator in a dynamic real estate office. Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and transferring phone calls
Monitoring email account
Ordering supplies, keeping kitchen stocked
Distribute mail
Assist with new agent paperwork
Creating and updating spreadsheets/google sheets
Updating Power point presentations
Additional light admin tasks as requested by leadership team
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Power Point helpful
Experience with all Social Media Platforms
