Position Summary:
The Customer Service Department receives and processes purchase and customer sales orders. Since our products are highly customized, the customer service department is crucial in ensuring the unique details of every order are captured and communicated to other departments from the time the order is placed until the time the customer’s product is shipped.
This level typically performs tasks, resolves problems and decision making that are within specific limits of established procedures and/or defined instructions. Works under supervision and guidance by manager and other experienced individuals. Duties are performed in accordance with Johnstech’s Management System.
