Pay Range: $16.50-$20.63 per hour and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: The CLEAR Program Lead Aide assists the CLEAR Coordinator and instructors in providing educational programming and life skills training to adults with physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The duties of this position are performed on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate a standard office equipment
Six months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to work with students with varying degrees of disabilities
Preferred Qualifications: One year of college coursework in social service field
Knowledge of the JCCC buildings and campus
