POSITION: COORDINATOR, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT CENTER

Responsibilities: Under general supervision of the Director of Talent Management the incumbent will perform a variety of
secretarial and administrative tasks in support of faculty and staff, including processing invoices; processing orders for office supplies,
and making travel arrangements. Answers the University switchboard, directing calls to appropriate individuals or departments. Provide
technology training (i.e., Jenzabar, 25Live, etc.) for newly hired administrative assistants and coordinators as requested. Provides work
direction and guidance to work-study students as assigned. Operates a variety of equipment such as a computer, printer, typewriter, copier,
fax machine, telephone, calculator, etc. Ensures the proper use and maintenance of office equipment. Interacts and communicates with
immediate supervisor, other department supervisors and employees, co-workers, students, faculty members, sales representatives, and the
general public. Manage the vendor relationship with Staples representative.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate
degree in secretarial science or other relevant field supplemented by three to five years of secretarial or administrative experience, or an
equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must demonstrate
intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office as well as the ability to type 40 words per minute with accuracy. Proficiency with
Jenzabar, Banner, or related ERB systems is preferred.
