Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall needs Customer Service Agents. Whether you have 5+ years of experience or have not one single clue about the automotive industry, we will make sure that you are set up for success.

Schedule: 4, 10-hour days.

What you will do:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and texts promptly.
• Schedule appointments.
• Assist customers with their automotive questions/ needs.
• Data mining to increase appointments.
• Building relationships for long-term customer retention.
• Maintain the dealership’s reputation through professionalism and knowledgeable communication skills with customers.
• Maintaining interdepartmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs.

What you need to qualify:

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Customer service experience
