The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School, located in
Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Director of Development. This is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday through Friday 8 am EST to 4:30 pm EST,
with at least 20% of your time in-person.
The Director of Development works in the IIRP Graduate School’s Communications Unit and
will report directly to the Vice President for Strategy & Communication. The primary responsibilities are: leading and executing the
IIRP’s fundraising; support the institution by planning and executing fundraising strategies, implementing a donor program, researching and
identifying funding opportunities, assisting in conference sponsorship package development, and overseeing of fundraising-related
promotional materials.
The successful candidate for the Director of Development must show a strong skillset in creative thinking and
problem solving, demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, while maintaining
organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills. This individual must be able to travel as needed, estimated up to 10%
of their time and be able to lift 20 pounds.
