Ingles Markets Hiring for SAP Developer Job at Remote Full Time

The Company

Ingles Markets began in 1963 as a single supermarket and has since grown into a regional grocery store chain with just under 200 retail locations operating in 6 southeastern states, a 1.6-million-square foot distribution center, two truck fleets, and a milk processing plant. Ingles Markets’ headquarters and distribution center are located just 15 minutes outside of Asheville, NC in the town of Black Mountain.

The Position

The SAP Developer will design, develop, test, debug, and implement SAP UI5 Fiori applications. They will work with Functional/Business Analysts to develop wireframes and prototypes, recommending and implementing best practice framework and procedures for existing Fiori applications. This position will coach and assist other SAP Developers, provide input to on-going projects, participate in on-call rotations, work support tickets from end users and other IT teams, and may be assigned additional tasks, as needed. This is a remote working position, but may need to work onsite, as the need arises.

Candidate

Ideal candidates will possess skills in communication, problem solving, and teamwork. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in developing SAPUI5/Fiori applications. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform Solutions is a plus. Experience in the following is ideal: HTML5, JSON, XML, OData Service consumption, using GET, PUT, POST and browser debuggers and knowledge in Git, GitHub, or similar DevOps products. Applicants must live in AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, or VA.
