The Role
Assists one or more functional areas within Human Resources. Performs diversified clerical and administrative activities. Support the administrative processes which support employees, managers and executives through efficient, scalable, and high-quality operational systems and processes. Assist as part of the Specialized Services team that provides tier 2 support within HR Delivery Services and as an escalation point of contact within the HR Delivery Services Team that provides support to the employee population. Assist with more complex HR administrative processes, which require more experience with data management, data integrity, policy interpretation, and familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
The Main Responsibilities
Support HR through data entry and data support responsibilities that help drive candidates through the systematic hire process while keeping accuracy and data integrity as an upmost priority.
Serve as a primary data management contact for internal and external HR customers via the HR Service Center by responding and resolving general human resource questions including new hire data change requests, data issue resolution , HR system navigation questions, and completing various audits for compliance accuracy.
Support staff by resolving escalations and by providing guidance. Handle more complex HR administrative processes which require policy interpretation, familiarity with HR laws and regulations and ability to successfully support the business with HR administrative requests. Engage cross functional resources to get the necessary resolution agreed upon. Follow up with requestors to ensure proper resolution was completed.
Researches, complies, analyzes, and summarizes data for routine to create shared service presentations, training materials, reports and metrics.
May be asked to support the Supervisor of HR Delivery Services with special projects/programs administration by conducting research, partnering with stakeholders, presenting recommendations, and executing plans.
What We Look For in a Candidate
* Detail oriented with 3+ years of in-depth working knowledge of HR , familiar with HR laws and regulations
* Ability to prioritize, problem solve and ensure deadlines are met
* Proficient in commonly used computer systems, applications, and comfortable with managing complex data
* Proficient in Microsoft office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
* Ability to build effective relationships, communicate (oral and written), and collaborate with HR colleagues and all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrates a strong customer focus including taking personal responsibility for customer satisfaction, effectively listening to employee issues, asking questions, providing clear explanations and making an extra effort to satisfy customer needs.
* Demonstrated ability to handle, produce, and maintain confidential information. Access to compensation information as an essential job function.
