JOB SUMMARY:
The Dean for the School of Continuing and Adult Education directs, manages, and provides leadership in all instructional and academic support systems within the college’s continuing and adult education programs. Responsibilities includes the overall strategic vision of the continuing and adult education departments at the college. Ensures coordination of courses, curriculum, and evaluation, as well as collaboration with other academic areas including continuing education and career and technical education programs. Provides leadership for all managers, instructors, students, and clerical staff associated with the program as well as federal and state grants associated with the continuing/adult education departments.

This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally more than twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.

Compensation and Application Deadline
Pay range starts at: $115,947.88. All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate’s education and experience. Open until filled.
