IMS ENGINEERED PRODUCTS Hiring for Paint Sprayer Job at Des Plaines, IL Full Time

Des Plaines Sheet Metal Fabricator has immediate openings for Powder Coat Production Sprayers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in standard powder coating processes in a manufacturing facility. Monday thru Friday -10 hour Shift with additional Overtime available -Hours: 9:00 A.M. TO 7:00 P.M..

General duties include, but are not limited to:

• Paint metal fabricated parts, enclosures or panels
• Ability to provide preventive maintenance on electrostatic powder gun, complete assigned tasks and maintain a neat work area.
• Maintain correct records of time to be charged to the jobs
• Adhere to process and quality control as well as follow all safety regulations
• Work independently and from supervisor’s instructions

Qualifications:

• Experience as a powder sprayer in a manufacturing environment
• Good Math Skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and their proper use
• Self motivated with exceptional attention to detail
