Icon Foods is looking for a focused Account Executive to be responsible for all aspects of the sales/customer interface, including translating business strategy into sales tactics and account plans—acting as “the voice of the customer” inside the organization. This means understanding customer, market, and competitor trends and communicating relevant information back to the organization. You will be expected to develop and maintain personal relationships with the key decision makers at key accounts.
Major Responsibilities
What Does Selling Look Like with the Icon Foods Team?
As our new Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of current business with key accounts and generate new business with new customers—to put it simply. In more depth, you will nurture existing key account relationships with the focus of increasing their repeat purchases. You will also develop additional relationships with potential leads; this means connecting with industry professionals and building up trust. This role will be the primary point of contact between the organization and the customer. You will manage customer accounts from ideation to delivery, problems to resolution, and initial purchases to regular orders. You will partner with other departments within the organization to ensure a satisfactory customer journey.

This position is full-time and will pay a competitive salary, dependent upon your prior sales experience. We offer benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and a retirement plan. We work Monday through Friday, and all work will take place at our NE Portland location.
You must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our location in industrial NE Portland.
