Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage the installation, upgrade, repair, movement, and replacement of desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting and service of office printers, both local and networked.
3. Must be able to configure workstations, docking stations, printers, monitors, zero client hardware, VoIP/VoSIP telephones, Audio/Video controls, and external CAC readers.
4. Be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and/or software.
5. Provide Tier I and II IT troubleshooting services such as, maintaining, installing, repairing, and modifying computers/mobile devices (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIX, ) and their associated business software, including company ERP/MRP platforms.
6. Provide technical resolution for client and internally reported issues on production and development systems.
7. Contribute to ongoing infrastructure and software development projects.
8. Assist cutting-edge research and development initiatives including integration and customization of our proprietary applications with emerging frameworks and platforms.
9. Support systems involved in deployment, testing and production environments.
10. Researches, resolves, responds to, and documents end user inquiries.
11. Knowledgeable of NIST800 cybersecurity requirements and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC 2.0), including system monitoring, document retention, and system support.
12. Follow all AS9100, internal quality policies, OSHA safety regulations, and company safety policies.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be a U.S. Citizen/Green Card holder. Sponsorship is not provided for this position.
2. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Technology, Information Technology, or other IT relevant degree is required.
3. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration and customer service.
4. Must have a working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, network security, servers, Webmail, and Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Access and SharePoint.
5. Microsoft Access experience required, knowledge of SQL and VBA Scripting language.
6. Committed to excellence, a self-motivator, quick-learner, team player, and strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
7. Must have hands-on experience of installing hardware and software, including LAN/WAN, Active Directory, LDAP, etc.
8. Experience using QuickBooks, Salesforce, Manufacturing ERP’s technologies desired.
9. Knowledge and experience working with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is desired.
10. Experience and knowledge of PLC systems is a plus.
11. Knowledge of RFID equipment is a plus.
12. All employment at IBC is conditional upon results from a background check and drug test.
