Job Summary
The Hunter College Hight School Alumnae/i Association (HCHSAA) is seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Manager of Gift Administration & Data to join our dynamic team. In this key role and reporting directly to the Executive
Director, the Senior Manager of Gift Administration & Data is responsible for overseeing all gift administration processes from data
entry to donor acknowledgement leading a collaborative effort with development, donor stewardship and finance to ensure all charitable
contributions to the Hunter College High School Alumnae/i Association (HCHSAA) are received and processed at the highest level of efficiency
and accuracy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and minimum five
years of experience in gift administration, fundraising, or related field. They must have strong organizational skills and a commitment to
accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM databases and gift processing software. S/he manages all aspects of gift
administration including serving as primary resource and lead on matters of gift processing and policy for internal and external
constituencies. S/he will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service.
S/he is a dynamic,
self-motivated and hands-on leader with a passion for data and its impact, comprehensive working knowledge of gift management, fundraising
operations, and marketing data and processes, and deep experience around the intersection between data, systems architecture, business
process and reporting needs. S/he will interact with HCHSAA’s key stakeholders to ensure both reliable ongoing operational support and
deliver value-added solutions to support the organization’s mission and goals. S/he serves as an expert on the HCHSAA’s primary
CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) and the gift administration system of record; provide guidance on industry best practices for gift
administration and data management.

FLSA Status: Exempt, full-time with nights
and weekends occasionally required.
This position is a hybrid role (office/remote). It is also eligible for company sponsored
