The Workforce Management Analyst applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance).
The Workforce Management Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Additional responsibilities :
50% Daily/Weekly/Monthly Planning which includes forecasting for Call Volumes, AHT, Outbound/Dialer, Chat and Backoffice.
45% Reporting, data analysis, interpretation and presentation in the advancement of understanding the business impacts and how to mitigate potential SL degradation.
5% Intraday resource management including shrinkage planning, administration and ops leadership interactions in support of business initiatives.

Required Qualifications
3 or more years WFM experience in a planning scheduling, forecasting or real time role
Working experience in a Contact Center, Service Center and/or Analytical work environment
Strong Data/Analytical skills to include forecasting and/or perform trend analysis
Strong Excel skills to include ability to synthesize, manipulate, discover, assess data
Work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and presentation skills to include the ability to communicate and present technical details to leadership and peers, inside and outside the organization
Strong consultative and collaborative skills working with a variety of teams and internal/external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and/or Teams
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Alvaria WFM, Avaya CMS or other WFM/CCaaS based software
Bachelor’s Degree
Insatiable curiosity regarding numbers, data and their cause and effect
Ability to prepare and deliver formal presentations

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$52,500 – $72,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
