Description The Director, Regional Sales – Partner Channel focuses on personal sales targets and troubleshoots specific customer problems. Meets targets through cultivation of new client relationships and development of productive relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities + Drive external sales and growth within the Region and nationally, through management of BRM’s. + Assessment of BRM activities within the Region. Coaching where appropriate. + Overall management of Partners & Agencies, in coordination with BRM’s in the Director’s downline. + Manage resources available to achieve sales/growth results as well as operational goals (including Clinical engagement, bid planning, retention, Provider engagement and Humana Pharmacy utilization). + Manage budgetary resources. + Develop external market and national engagement and sales strategy in coordination with BRMs, career markets, managers, operations director and national sales strategy director. + Identify opportunities for strategic and/or process opportunities. + Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and strategies. Required Qualifications: 2 or more years of leadership experience 2 or more years of experience working in Medicare/insurance distribution 2 or more years of experience working with business partners/brokers Active Health & Life Insurance license or ability to obtain Full time associates enjoy:??
