Position Summary:
The IT manager is a hands on position that will maintain and manage software, hardware, networks, and the help desk. This position will diagnose and resolve problems quickly, which requires patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The position goal is to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently with minimal downtime. They will work in conjunction with an IT Help Desk Technician and an outside consultant.
