HR / Human Resources Generalist Overview:

• Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for employees, mostly direct care staff

• Oversee the employee development, training, and performance management processes

• Establish relationships, send communications, and be the HR point of contact for employees

• Collaborate with other departments to continually evaluate and improve methods for onboarding, employee engagement, and retention

• Update and maintain electronic personnel records

• Ensure our new hires receive the best possible onboarding

HR / Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources is preferred

• Experience and passion for the healthcare industry is ideal

• Demonstrated professional communications skills in 1-on-1 and group settings

• Detail oriented and organizational skills a must

• Savvy with the creation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations and public speaking

• Respect the confidential nature of employee relations and information
