Seeking a strategic HR Executive with at least 5 years in an HR Executive or HR VP role. This role will be located in the Triad of NC, and over 6 manufacturing sites. Must have at least a Bachelor degree. Great Team, Great Environment.
As an HR Director for our Greensboro site, you are the local HR partner to Operations and Commercial/Innovations, covering all HR relevant aspects of the employment life cycle. You will report directly to the General Manager, Greensboro and functionally to Global HR Director. You will partner with the local business and work closely on HR topics like talent management, talent acquisition, development planning, annual performance and compensation & benefits. You guide and coach leaders in Greensboro site to ensure they are equipped to deliver on their people management responsibilities. The HR Supervisor in Paraguay reports into this role and you will have the opportunity to work with our colleagues in different international locations and in the Americas.
In this exciting all-round HR role, you will be working on the following people agenda (but not limited to)
· With your good insight and experience on employee and labor relations, you prepare and support advisory requests in case of organizational changes. You are able to contribute to a pragmatic and modern way of working with the management team and employees in the site. You are an expert in Labor Law and are able to support the business in sometimes tough people decisions;
· Evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of the onboarding program; further enhance the employee engagement;
· In concert with leadership, planning, developing, and implementing capability development initiatives to further complement the business strategy;
· Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to the site leaders to maximize performance of the organization;
· Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance;
· Be the contact person for the business (and liaise with external vendors) regarding compensation, benefits, employment law, payroll and other associated HR tasks as necessary;
· Articulating and translating HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings;
· Providing practical, effective HR solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success;
