Job Description
Own the full UKG roadmap including how different modules within UKG, and other systems connect and engage with one another to achieve desired business objectives and enhance employee experience.
Own active delivery of multiple UKG related implementations at any given time, performing project management, process, and technology design, change management guidance, business requirements documentation, test plans, and training.
Work with project sponsors, functional and technology leaders to craft and confirm project objectives. Lead design workshops at the onset of the project, including gathering business requirements and process documentation.
Lead the UKG team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for various UKG projects to ensure deliverables meet expectations of scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on various UKG modules.
Providing support for internal stakeholders by researching and resolving UKG Pro issues that come up. Manage relationship with UKG account manager to create and manage various service requests.
Partner with teams across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal on implementation of solutions within UKG.
Establish clear communication channels and cadence with key stakeholders to share decisions, priorities, and relevant project information.
Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes. Work with the business and tech teams to identify and recommend system improvements, process gaps, new features, and functionality that will enhance the HR technology landscape.
Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience in implementing different modules of UKG Pro.
Solid understanding of business processes and how they impact HR systems and employee experience.
Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders during complex implementation projects.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Ability to create and improve processes through critical thinking.
Ability to multitask between different projects and functional teams while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. null
