HR Business Partner – Hilltopper Refuse and Recycling

Job Summary:
This is an amazing opportunity to build an HR program from the ground up.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for maximizing organizational performance through partnering with employees and management. The HRBP aligns operational and organizational strategic objectives by delivering transactional and transformational HR services for the organization. The HRBP is charged with building strong relationships across the organization. The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, onboarding support, policy implementation and interpretation, safety and DOT, recruitment/employment support, training and development and ensuring employment law compliance.
